Daily Debit Fix Request a call

MCA debt relief for the weekday pull.

If more than one merchant cash advance is taking a weekday ACH from the same account, record the pulls before you sign anything else. A partner firm can call. Asking is free.

  1. Save a week of deposit-account activity
  2. The call comes from a private firm

Have a relief firm call

Tell us the business name, a monthly revenue range, and how many advances are pulling. A partner MCA relief firm can call about the daily debits.

Daily Debit Fix is an independent guide. Asking for a call does not hire anyone or change what you owe a funder.

Where our facts come from

Checked against Texas Finance Code Chapter 398, Florida Statute 55.05, and New York 2021 bill S898 (amends Financial Services Law article 8) guidance on October 27, 2026.

How a call works

You send the business fields. A firm may call about the pulls. Hiring anyone is still your decision.

  1. Send the short form

Business name, a monthly revenue range, how many advances, phone, and email. It goes to a partner MCA relief firm, not to a funder or a state agency.

  2. A firm calls you

Expect a few questions: how many advances are pulling, what the weekday ACH looks like, and whether a confession of judgment is already in the file.

  3. You choose

If the plan fits the account, you can hire that firm. If it doesn't, you can tell them to stop.

MCA debt relief, and who runs this

What it is, and what it is not

The pages follow commercial finance disclosure and judgment statutes we could source in New York, California, Texas, and Florida. Daily Debit Fix is not a law firm, a lender, a funder, or a government office. The form is not a settlement, and it does not change what you owe.

How a call gets matched

You send the business name, a monthly revenue range, how many advances are pulling, your phone, and your email. Daily Debit Fix and MCA relief firms may call and text. You can tell them no. Asking is free.

When the weekday ACH is the problem

A pull does not wait for a plan. These are the spots where the papers matter before a call.

  • More than one advance is pulling the same account

Texas Finance Code Chapter 398 now regulates commercial sales-based financing under $1 million, including automatic debits. New York and California already require a written disclosure before many commercial finance offers.

  • The daily debit is larger than that day's card sales

We could not source a federal statute that sets one cap on stacked MCA pulls. The split is in each contract. Compare the weekday ACH lines to the deposit activity for the same week.

  • You were asked to sign a confession of judgment

Texas Finance Code 398.055 makes a sales-based financing contract with a confession of judgment void. Florida Statute 55.05 makes a confession of judgment void. New York CPLR 3218 still allows one in some cases.

  • The disclosure does not match the contract

New York 23 NYCRR 600 and California Financial Code 22802 tell providers what the disclosure must show, including how payment is calculated. A disclosure is not a new contract. Bring both papers to the call.

Call the funder, or call a relief firm

The weekday ACH makes the funder and a relief firm look like one job. They are separate.

Call the funder

What it is
Ask for a written payoff, the remaining balance, and whether they will pause a weekday ACH. Keep a dated note of who you spoke with.
What it costs to start
Use the number on the contract or the disclosure. A payoff figure is not a relief fee.
Worth knowing
We do not have a sourced list of funder phone desks.
What to do when daily ACH starts

Call a relief firm

What it is
A firm can review the stacked advances and the weekday ACH and tell you what it is willing to try. Asking on this site sends your details to a partner firm.
What it costs to start
Asking is free. If you hire, that firm's fee is between you and that firm. We do not publish a private price.
Worth knowing
No page here can promise a settlement or a smaller daily debit.
How to check a relief firm

Have these nearby when the firm calls

You can send the form without them. They make the first conversation shorter.

  • Each merchant cash advance contract and any commercial finance disclosure that came with it
  • A week of deposit-account activity that shows the weekday ACH lines
  • How many advances are still pulling, and whether anyone asked you to sign a confession of judgment
  • The state where the business is located, because New York, California, Texas, and Florida print different rules

Questions people ask before they send the form

Request a call
Is Daily Debit Fix a state finance office?

No. This is an independent guide. The company that calls you is a private MCA relief firm, not a department of financial services.

Does it cost anything to ask for a call?

Asking is free. If you hire a firm, its fees are between you and that firm, so ask about them on the call.

Can a firm promise the daily debit will stop?

No. A weekday ACH is a contract term. Texas, New York, California, and Florida print disclosure or judgment rules. They do not print a guaranteed pause.

Do you need a bank login or the full contract?

No. The form never asks for a login or a document upload. Do not type an account password into any field on this site.
